  • When does the pool open and close?

    The pool is open from sunrise to sunset.

  • When does the gym open and close?

    The gym hours are 5am - 10pm.

  • When is Trash and Recycling Day?

    Trash and Recycling are Tuesday. Trash only is Friday.

  • When can you park cars in the street until?

    No street parking allowed from 11:00pm - 6:00am. No street parking on trash collection days.

  • What is the process of an automobile being towed from Bent Creek?

    Overnight street parking is not allowed. Vehicles parked on the street after 11pm are subject to be towed. Towed vehicles are taken to:

  • How do I reserve the Events Hall at the Clubhouse?

    Submit a completed rental form with applicable fees and deposit to the Bent Creek office.

  • How do I reserve a tennis/pickleball court?

    Pickleball and Tennis Court reservations are made one month in advance. To reserve a court please email your reservation request to bcmanager@swpropmgt.com or stop by the office. Confirmed court reservations will be placed on a monthly calendar. The court calendar will be emailed to residents and will be posted at the courts.

  • Where do I find ACC request and Event Hall rental forms?

    ACC and Event Room rental forms can be found in the Community Documents tab of the website menu or can be picked up at the Bent Creek office. 

  • How do I replace my Gate Transponder or Key Fob?

    Available for purchase, $50 each, at manager’s office.

  • Who do I contact in case of an after hours emergency?

    Call the Southwest Property Management Emergency Line: 239-261-3440.
